Ryan Seacrest, The Multitasking Man Machine

After moving to New York from Los Angeles, it has taken Ryan Seacrest some time to adjust. The 43 year old multitasking machine had a recent interview with the New York times where he discussed his typical day and how he manages to squeeze so much productivity into it. On top of working for American Idol, Ryan Seacrest is now hosting “Live” with Kelly Ripa, which is the reason for moving to New York in the first place. Not only is he doing those two jobs that seem to have to require most, if not all, of his energy, he is also involved with hosting a nationally syndicated radio show. As if that wasn’t enough, Ryan is involved with producing TV series such as “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and American Idol. Ryan is not only a producer, however, he is also an entrepreneur. Seacrest has his own skin care and fashion line. How does he do it? The interview by the New York Times manages to get a glimpse of his busy schedule and how he juggles his day.

Ryan Seacrest is just like any other guy. He puts his pants on one leg at a time. Except when he puts he puts his pants on, he makes millions of dollars. It has often be said that the daily habits of the wealthy play a huge role in the consistency of their success.

For Ryan, he starts off his day by waking up at 6 in the morning. He quickly gets ready by showering, shaving, and putting a little bit of moisturizer on his face. His daily morning uniform usually consists of a zip up hoodie, a pair of sweats, and a shirt, and uggs. His favorite morning tea is the Matcha tea, which he drinks because it provides a good tone for his body first thing in the morning. The tea is then followed by a cup of coffee to help him start his day. Ryan Seacrest is a determined person. In fact, when he went to the Bahamas with Kelly to do a show for Live!, he made sure to take his personal trainer with him to help keep him accountable and keep his workout routine on point.
